1. How big does my gift have to be to make a difference?

You might be surprised to learn that all gifts, big and small, help the University of Saskatchewan. The University's annual telephone and direct mail solicitation program (called the Annual Fund) raises over $1 Million a year - and the bulk of those gifts were under $500! When you give, you join thousands of proud alumni and friends of the institution who share your commitment and enthusiasm for our great University.

2. If I set up an award, can I find out who will receive it?

If your gift is a named scholarship, fellowship, prize or bursary, you can find out the name of the recipient of the award. As well, we are pleased to forward a copy of the University of Saskatchewan Awards Guide so that you can see how your award is listed.

3. Can I make a pledge over a period of time?

When making a pledge, our office records your payment schedule according to your wishes. We send payment reminders before your scheduled payment is due. If we don't hear from you within 60 days we will send out a follow-up reminder. After 120 days, we will assume you would like your pledge deactivated. Please note that pledges can be reactivated at any time.
